Critical Metals Proposes $835 Million All-Stock Acquisition of European Lithium to Consolidate Full Ownership of Greenland Rare Earth Project

Critical Metals has proposed an $835 million all-stock acquisition of European Lithium to reach 100% ownership of its Tanbreez heavy rare earth project in Greenland and cancel the large shareholding European Lithium holds in Critical Metals.
