China Warns Britain Over British Steel Nationalisation Plans, Threatening “Strong Measures” to Protect Chinese Companies

China has warned Britain to "make decisions prudently" over plans to fully nationalise British Steel, threatening strong measures to protect Chinese company Jingye's rights after London seized operational control of the steelmaker in April 2025.
