MinRex and Electrum Shareholders Approve Merger to Create Gold-Copper Explorer Spanning Australia and Serbia

Electrum Discovery shareholders have voted 99.99% in favour of a merger with MinRex Resources, creating a combined gold-copper explorer with projects in Serbia and Australia expected to complete in early April.
