EU Shortlists Tungsten, Rare Earths and Gallium for First Coordinated Critical Minerals Stockpile as Rotterdam Talks Begin

The EU has shortlisted tungsten, rare earths and gallium for its first coordinated critical minerals stockpile and begun storage talks with the Port of Rotterdam, as ten member states advance planning to reduce dependence on Chinese supply chains for defence and energy transition materials.
