Uzbekistan to Scrap State Coal Price Controls From June and Launch $494 Million Nishbosh Mine as Output Targets 11 Million Tonnes
Uzbekistan will abolish state coal price controls from June 2026 and move to exchange-based trading, while launching a $494 million Nishbosh mine development and a $1.3 billion ultra-supercritical power station as annual output targets reach 11 million tonnes.
