EBRD Provides $300 Million Loan to Solidcore Resources for Kazakhstan’s First Pressure Oxidation Hydrometallurgical Plant in Pavlodar

The EBRD is providing Solidcore Resources with a $300 million loan to build Central Asia's first pressure oxidation hydrometallurgical plant in Pavlodar, enabling domestic processing of refractory gold concentrates that account for half of Kazakhstan's gold resources and establishing a new value-added metallurgical segment in the country.
